Energy Medicine Yoga unites ancient healing methods with modern science. Classic Yoga postures are woven and paired with breathwork and meditation to help focus on the body as a living system of energy. You will learn acupressure holds, self-massage of neurolymphatic points to detoxify the organ systems, neurovascular holds to calm emotional responses, and so much more.

This practice is meant to empower self-healing, allowing us to thrive and flow in the lives we are meant to live.
